About Erin

Erin Garrett is the Sales Manager of Allie Beth Allman & Associates. With 20 years of experience in the industry, Erin has established herself as a knowledgeable expert in residential real estate. Erin’s expertise spans from high rise condominiums and urban mixed use developments, to residential resale, luxury home sales, and investment properties. Erin currently manages the sales office and 450 of Allie Beth Allman’s agents. From 2021 to 2023 Allie Beth Allman established record breaking years with over $10 billion in sales.

Erin began her career in 2004 at Allie Beth Allman with her mother, Lillie Young. Soon after, Lillie formed the Lillie Young Group, with Lillie and Erin as the team leaders. The Lillie Young Group has been a recognized industry leader since 2004 in D Magazine, Real Trends, and the Wall Street Journal.

Erin grew up in Dallas, graduating from Highland Park High school. She received a bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Planning and Development at the University of Southern California while on an athletic scholarship. Her leadership skills were evident as the captain of the USC women's basketball team. She finished with several athletic and academic awards. Erin further pursued her interest in real estate by obtaining her Masters in Urban Planning from New York University. While in New York, Erin joined the Corcoran Group and was based out of the Union Square office.

Erin currently lives in the Park Cities with her husband and children. They enjoy all sports at all levels, discovering Dallas’s restaurants, arts, and culture. Erin has been involved with HPUMC, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Carry The Load, a local organization that supports Veterans, First Responders and their families. Erin also serves on the board of Sports + Ministry.
